IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
This internship opportunity is available exclusively through the Erasmus program (students only not young entrepreneurs). Applicants must be enrolled in a university outside Austria as per Erasmus guidelines. Please confirm your eligibility through your countrys Erasmus program before applying.

Earliest start date: 2026 / 2027

Tasks

As an Erasmus intern in our product department your responsibilities will include:

• Support the team in product design and user flow thinking
• Analyze the needs behavior and feedback of our pilot users
• Design and improve user flows for new and existing features
• Investigate reported bugs from a UX and usability perspective
• Map and document real user journeys based on actual usage
• Define basic UI principles (spacing buttons forms colors feedback states)
• Create reusable UI component examples for developers
• Improve and rewrite unclear UI text and microcopy
• Maintain clear UX and UI documentation for the team

Bring your UX/UI and human-centered design knowledge into the team and help us build strong product practices as an early-stage startup

Requirements

Ideal candidates for this Erasmus internship will have:

• Eligibility to apply through the Erasmus program (please note: internships in Austria are not allowed for students enrolled in Austrian universities under Erasmus rules)
• first experience/passion in UX UI Interface Human-Centered-Technology
• Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a small team
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level; no certification required). Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Punctuality politeness and a professional attitude
• Preferably you are studying in the field of HumanComputer Interaction Interaction Design User Experience (UX) Design Human-Centered Design Digital Product Design Communication Design Media Informatics Business Informatics Intormation Architecture or likewise.

• Office location: Central Vienna (U3/U4/S-Bahn Wien Mitte/Landstrasse)
• Working hours: 30 hours per week (MondayThursday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM including 30 minute lunch breaks)
• Two vacation days per month
• Office closed during Christmas and New Years holidays (2 weeks)
