Resource consents shape almost every built outcome in New Zealand from housing to infrastructure to farming. The current process is slow fragmented and costly. Were fixing that.
Were a small high-ownership team where what you build has an immediate impact on real-world outcomes.
Were looking for a Head of Growth to lead Ricos commercial growth strategy and drive customer acquisition revenue expansion and market development.
Tasks
You will report directly to the founders and own the end-to-end growth function combining strategy execution and leadership to scale Rico across councils and planning consultancies in New Zealand and Australia.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for revenue targets go-to-market strategy partnerships and customer pipeline performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Ricos growth and go-to-market strategy
- Own customer acquisition pipeline generation and revenue growth
- Lead sales marketing and business development initiatives
- Identify and open new markets partnerships and strategic opportunities
- Manage and optimise pricing positioning and packaging
- Analyse growth metrics and performance data to guide decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to align roadmap with market needs
- Build and improve repeatable sales and onboarding processes
- Represent Rico externally with councils consultancies and partners
- Contribute to overall company strategy and planning as a senior leader
Requirements
- 5 years experience in growth sales marketing or business development leadership roles
- Experience owning revenue targets and commercial strategy
- Demonstrated success scaling B2B or SaaS products
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Analytical and data-driven decision making
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership
- Legally authorised to work in New Zealand
Location & Work Pattern
- Full-Time / Auckland based (Victoria Park / St Marys Bay)
- Hybrid work environment
Salary
- Base salary: NZD $120000 per annum
- Plus performance-based variable incentives
