We are currently seeking an exceptional supply chain professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple semiconductor product lines overseeing both New Product Introduction (NPI) and High-Volume manufacturing (HVM) processes. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external partners across various functional teams. As a key member of our team you will be responsible for comprehensive ASIC supply chain management. This role encompasses the planning and oversight of material movements close coordination with our supplier network and providing crucial support for engineering and pre-production builds. Youll be tasked with communicating status updates and addressing open issues reporting on available-to-promise and managing supply prioritization. The position is dynamic requiring interaction across all levels of the organization.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and organize production plans aligned with demand forecasts
- Manage delivery commitments for internal and external customers ensuring timely product delivery
- Handle demand & supply variability including forecasts strategic inventory allocations and backlog consumption
- Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to understand bill of materials (BOM) components identify and manage long lead-time parts coordinate additional and alternative sources for materials and capacity
- Provide and oversee loading plans and production releases to offshore subcontractors
- Orchestrate planning scheduling tracking and expediting of materials with wafer foundries IC assembly and test houses module contract manufacturers and component suppliers
- Maintain and update critical data including charts and reports work-in-progress (WIP) status inventory levels supply availability shortage lists
- Engage with manufacturing partners to enhance delivery performance

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2 years of supply chain experience
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
