About the Role
Were looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing vendor management and logistics for Campuss student programs in a true 0-1 capacity ensuring that as we grow our supply chain remains sustainable and durable.
Reporting to the Director of Student Experience you will be the primary architect of our procurement and logistics infrastructure. There are no pre-existing playbooks and we will rely on your deep expertise to build the processes procedures and controls from the ground up that will allow us to scale. Youll manage contracts and vendor relationships from sourcing to fulfillment develop standardized workflows and forecasts and ensure suppliers meet cost quality and service standards to deliver an excellent student experience.

Establish Campuss formal procurement policies from initial requisition and vendor onboarding to final contract execution and payment.
Develop and execute original sourcing frameworks that align with our mission of affordability and long-term business goals.
Build out our logistics and fulfillment operations including the selection and integration of future third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
Create the dashboards and KPIs (cost per device vendor SLAs shipping turnaround) required to provide visibility into spend and performance for the leadership team.
Grow the Campus e-commerce retail site ensuring high-quality products timely delivery and great student experiences.
Collaborate with Finance IT and Student Experience to ensure our procurement model meets the immediate needs of our students faculty and staff while staying within budget.
Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
Stay informed on market trends pricing changes and best practices in technology sourcing.
Were excited about you because you have...
5 years of experience with a proven ability to build functions from scratch in a high-growth or ambiguous environment.
A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Business and a deep understanding of the best practices needed to build a durable foundation.
A track record of securing favorable terms and achieving cost savings without a pre-existing corporate framework.
Strong financial and analytical acumen; skilled in using KPIs to evaluate vendor performance.
Experience managing 3PL providers including performance tracking SLAs and contract oversight.
Hands-on experience with Shopify (strongly preferred) and the ability to evaluate and implement new ERP or inventory software.
Excellent organizational project management and communication skills.
Comfort managing multiple vendors in a high-growth environment.
An ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results under changing priorities by being proactive analytical and adaptable.
A passion for Campuss mission to make high-quality affordable education accessible to all students.

A Masters degree or professional certification (CPSM CPM or CIPS).
Knowledge of contract law compliance and risk management.
Experience managing distributed hardware procurement (e.g. laptops tech kits).
Familiarity with ERP inventory or procurement software.
Experience optimizing connectivity or telecom contracts.
What youll get:
A compensation package that includes a base salary ($100000 - $125000) equity grant
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including but not limited to skills prior relevant experience and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely base salary will be localized.
