About the Opportunity:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00 pm
Average of 3 patient visits/day; Minimum15patientvisits/week
Hybrid role of providing specialty care inhome assisted living and nursing facilities
Geographic Focus will beMecklenburgCounty area
Communitybased. Mileage reimbursement.
Call Schedule1:5 weeks with Hospice:M-F5:00 pm- 8: 30am24-hour coverage Saturday and Sunday

Academic/Teaching Opportunities
Ideal Candidate:
Graduation from an accredited NPprogram
1 years of experience inHospice Care PalliativeMedicine Critical Care or Oncology is
Advanced CertifiedHospice and PalliativeNurse (ACHPN)preferred
Ability to work independentlyand autonomously
Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license
