Job Title: Market Access & Patient Services Intern

Job Description:
The Galderma Internship Program provides students with the opportunity to make meaningful connections to real business initiatives while gaining experience in a global fast-paced and mission-driven environment.
You will be required to work in our Boston office a minimum of three days per week.
This role is ideal for someone for a student who is detail-oriented analytical highly organized and interested in learning how access strategy payer engagement and patient support programs come together to drive brand success. Provide support for 2027 Annual Brand Planning activities by assisting with access marketing material reviews stakeholder engagement and operational execution across Market Access and Patient Services initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Review access marketing materials from the PN and AD launches to ensure timely reapproval prior to August 1 2026.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect feedback align on updates and integrate recommendations into revised materials.
Partner with the Access Marketing Agency to support updates approvals and execution of required materials.
Support the Market Access & Patient Services team in developing the 2027 brand plan including:
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and executive-ready materials
Supporting spreadsheet development and data organization
Assisting with vendor capability reviews and documentation
Provide operational and project support to the Payer Account team Field Access Directors and Market Access Strategy team.
Assist in business case development and coordination of cross-functional pull-through initiatives.
Collaborate with Field Access Managers (FAM) and Regional Account Directors (RAD) to analyze pull-through performance and target lists.
Support Account Directors during interactions with select business partners as appropriate.
Actively participate in workshops planning sessions and project material reviews.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on or before established deadlines.
Uphold Galdermas values through proactive communication collaboration and attention to detail.
Learning Objectives:
Interns will gain exposure and hands-on experience in:
Market Access and Patient Services strategy within the pharmaceutical industry.
Annual brand planning processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Stakeholder engagement and agency coordination.
Developing executive-ready presentations and operational documentation.
Understanding payer dynamics field access operations and pull-through strategies.
Strengthening analytical organizational and project management skills in a corporate environment.
Deliverables:
Completion of access marketing material reviews and reapproval coordination.
Stakeholder feedback summaries and integrated updates to materials.
Active participation in brand planning workshops and reviews.
On-time completion of all assigned project tasks.
Support materials for business cases pull-through analysis and cross-functional initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Marketing Business Finance Public Health Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Strong interest in market access patient services Specialty Pharmacy operations healthcare strategy or pharmaceutical operations.
Proficient in Microsoft 36 tools (SharePoint Excel PowerPoint Word.); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners/
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
