Position: Head of Finance
Location : Jeddah Saudi Arabia
Experience: 15–20 Years
Qualification: CA / ACCA / CMA / CFA (Mandatory)
Role Summary
The Head of Finance will lead the Group’s finance function ensuring strong financial governance accurate reporting effective cash management and strategic financial support to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy budgeting forecasting and long-term planning.
Oversee group financial reporting consolidation and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
Ensure strong internal controls governance and audit management.
Manage cash flow working capital banking and treasury functions.
Provide financial insights to support business performance cost control and profitability.
Lead and develop the finance team.
Requirements
CA / ACCA / CMA / CFA qualification (mandatory).
15–20 years of experience including senior finance leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of IFRS taxation compliance and financial controls.
Experience in a group or multi-entity environment preferred.
GCC experience is an advantage.
