World of WarcraftAs the Senior Planning and Operations Director you will play a significant role in defining delivering and communicating a cohesive strategy that advances the Warcraft franchises goals across audience expansion player engagement fandom and supporting organizational excellence.
You will translate the Warcraft vision into actionable strategic roadmaps aligning multi-functional stakeholders supporting new opportunities and enabling execution. This is a highly collaborative role across many areas of the Blizzard organization and beyond. The role sits at the intersection of Warcraft and Blizzard creative business and operational leadership and plays a key role in driving measurable results through high-quality planning collaboration communication and delivery frameworks.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studio for this position is Irvine CA. This position is expected to last 6 months.

These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring addition to a competitive base pay employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation.
