As a ServiceNow Developer - SPM you will:
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules to meet business requirements
Develop and enhance Employee Self Center (Portal) including basic and advanced widgets
Implement and maintain Knowledge Management ServiceNow Chat and Mobile experiences
Design and build workflows Flow Designer automations notifications and integrations
Perform ServiceNow scripting using Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes UI Policies and Scheduled Jobs
Configure and manage CMDB including Application Portfolio Management (APM) and configuration management practices
Support IT Operations Management (ITOM) use cases at both foundational and advanced levels
Configure and support IRM (Integrated Risk Management) SecOps HRSD and TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) modules
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Support deployments using Update Sets Source Control and CI/CD pipelines ensuring smooth promotion across environments
Participate in testing troubleshooting and production support activities to ensure platform stability and performance
What You Bring to the Table:
68 years of overall ServiceNow development experience
Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration
Strong expertise in ITSM and SPM modules
Experience with Employee Self Service portals including widget development
Solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting and automation
Practical experience with CMDB APM and configuration management
Working knowledge of ITOM IRM SecOps HRSD and TPRM
Experience supporting deployments using Update Sets Source Control and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work effectively in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
You Should Possess the Ability to:
Translate functional and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
Design and implement scalable workflows and automation aligned with best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Ensure ServiceNow configurations meet performance security and maintainability standards
Troubleshoot issues across development test and production environments
Manage releases and deployments with confidence and minimal risk
