Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5 years of professional software development experience to join our team. This role involves designing developing and deploying end-to-end features across backend frontend and database layers while integrating enterprise systems and industrial hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python React and SQL with proven experience in ERP integrations and building real-time analytics dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Stack Delivery: Design develop and deploy features spanning database APIs and user interfaces.
- System Integration: Build reliable pipelines between enterprise ERPs (SAP/Dynamics 365) and industrial systems (SCADA/PLC).
- Real-Time Analytics: Develop dashboards to process and visualize high-velocity production data and KPIs.
- Performance Optimization: Tune database queries and frontend rendering for low-latency reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams clearly articulating technical concepts in English during stand-ups and documentation.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for features from concept through production deployment.
Requirements
Must Have Skills
- Backend: Senior-level Python (FastAPI/Flask) SQLAlchemy Celery APScheduler.
- Frontend: React (v18) TypeScript Tailwind CSS React Query/Zustand PostgreSQL SQL Server Redis (for caching).
- Integration: REST APIs OAuth 2.0 Enterprise Service Bus experience.
Highly Preferred
- ERP Integration: SAP (RFC/BAPI) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (OData/Web API).
Nice to Have
- Industrial OT: SCADA/PLC integration OPC-UA MQTT Modbus real-time tag processing.
Candidate Profile
- 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills across the stack (API database UI).
- Fluent in English (verbal & written).
- Background in Manufacturing Industrial IoT Logistics or FinTech domains.
- Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions.
