Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Our client is a U.S.-based company operating in the healthcare and insurance space supporting critical administrative processes such as payments billing provider management and claims coordination. Their internal platforms are enterprise-grade systems where data accuracy system integrations and process reliability are essential.

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA Analyst with experience in Oracle EBS / ERP environments and a strong background in integration and data validation testing. It centers on validating business processes data flows between systems and ensuring that enterprise platforms communicate accurately and reliably.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to test complex workflows involving ERP systems system integrations (EDI-like exchanges) and backend data validations.

This role is remote but we will be considering candidates based in LATAM only in this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual functional and regression testing on Oracle EBS / ERP systems
Validate end-to-end business processes such as payments billing and provider workflows
Execute integration testing between multiple enterprise systems
Validate data integrity using SQL and backend verification techniques
Review and execute test cases test plans and defect reporting using tools such as TestRail ALM or Jira
Support UAT cycles and ensure business requirements are properly validated
Investigate defects through root cause analysis across integrated systems
Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to ensure release quality

Required Qualifications

7 years of experience as a Manual QA in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience testing Oracle EBS Oracle ERP or similar ERP platforms
Strong experience with integration testing between systems (EDI ETL APIs or data exchanges)
Solid SQL skills for backend and data validation
Experience with test management tools (TestRail HP ALM/QC Jira or similar)
Experience testing business-critical processes rather than UI-focused applications
Understanding of end-to-end system workflows and data mapping between platforms
Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare insurance finance or other regulated industries
Exposure to EDI standards or file/data exchange validation

A QA professional who is comfortable working in complex integrated enterprise systems who understands how data moves between platforms and who can validate business processes at a system level with precision and attention to detail.
