We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Center (SOC) Specialist to join our team in Redmond WA. The SOC operates 24/7 using open-source material to find research and assess potential safety or security concerns to the client employees and community members.

What You Can Expect:

• Continuously identify assess and monitor security risks providing timely information to support critical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective best in-class security programs and strategies.
• Monitor and respond to all security communications and fire/life safety systems and alarms within the designated area.
• Receive and respond to routine and emergency calls via phone intercom and two-way communication systems.
• Coordinate and dispatch security rovers and patrols receiving and assessing reports from field personnel.
• Issue emergency notifications in accordance with site post orders.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues hazardous conditions or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written routine and critical incident reports.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Associate degree OR 2 years of honorable Military/Law Enforcement service.
• 2 years of professional experience in customer service or Security required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
