The General Manager Central Operations leads Claro Disability Services national workforce optimisation and operational performance functions. This role oversees workforce planning real-time operations rostering governance and key workforce transformation initiatives.
As the General Manager Central Operations you will deliver stable efficient and people-centred services by improving utilisation continuity of support and operational sustainability. You will lead and further develop a capable engaged team including:
- Lead strategic workforce planning and transformation programs aligned to client supports funding models regulatory requirements and Claros mission.
- Oversee real-time operations and incident response to ensure reliable service delivery adherence to service levels and rapid issue resolution.
- Design and govern rostering policies attendance management leave planning and surge capacity to maximise utilisation while safeguarding staff wellbeing.
- Build and embed governance analytics and reporting frameworks to promote transparency accountability and evidence-based decisions.
- Drive performance improvements that enhance client outcomes and financial sustainability.
- Engage with executive leaders service delivery leaders and corporate support functions to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintaining real-time workforce dashboards and workforce analytics that inform decision making at an executive and operational level
- Improvements in client outcomes and satisfaction through workforce stability and predictable rostering.
- Alignment with SCHADS Award rostering principals across the national workforce
- Measurable reduction in overtime and agency use where appropriate without compromising care quality or staff well-being.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven track record in workforce planning leadership operations management ideally within disability services or related support sector
- Demonstrated experience leading national or large-scale workforce strategy.
- Knowledge of disability services funding models regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into practical people-centred processes.
