Position Warehouse Operator

Job Location Watertown WI

Employment Type Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) 3rd Shift (5:30pm 6:00am) Wed-Thurs-Fri and every other Saturday

Starting Pay Depends on Experience $22-$24 per hour

Required Education High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience At least 1 years of experience

Responsibilities

- Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment including single and doublewide pallet-handling forklifts and yard tractor.

- Monitor the quality of product and raw materials being shipped or received and notify management of any inconsistencies.

- Operate bar code equipment efficiently and accurately.

- Load and unload semi-trucks.

- Maintain quality standards for all processes and functions within assigned duties.

- Accurately complete all required documentation on a timely basis.

- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machines as needed.

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Requires basic English reading writing and verbal skills as well as math and computer skills.

- Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally 40 lbs. frequently.

- Requires the ability to operate all production and warehouse equipment including forklifts sanitation and other cleaning equipment.

- Requires the ability to work well with others in a team setting and with minimal supervision.

- Requires the ability to work overtime when needed and to work up to 64 hours per week.
