Hospital Security Officer Full-Time & Part-Time

Location: Danbury / New Milford
Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Training: All training provided

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and professional Hospital Security Officers to support a healthcare this role you will help ensure the safety of patients staff visitors and property while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol hospital grounds units and entrances
Provide assistance and directions to patients visitors and staff
Respond to security incidents disturbances and emergency situations
Enforce hospital policies and maintain a safe environment
Complete incident reports and maintain detailed activity logs
Work collaboratively with hospital teams and when necessary law enforcement

Requirements

Availability to work 2nd shift or overnight schedules
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm professional and composed in stressful situations
Must be dependable and customer-service oriented
Previous security experience is helpful but not required
Training provided for all new hires
