- Lead overall Client retail accountable for the region execution focussed on People and Retail Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Lead motivate and develop a team of retail personnel or account managers within the region to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics (sales profitability customer satisfaction etc.) to ensure targets are met.
- Increasing the portfolio of clients working with offline retail businesses
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales account management or retail management ideally in a regional or territory management role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team to achieve high performance.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems think critically and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Have a good network in the retail business
