Job Summary
Location: Dublin Ireland (On-site)
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Schedule: Rotational shifts MondaySunday 08:0019:00 (40 hours per week)
About the Role
On behalf of a leading international digital client we are looking for a Quality Expert Reviewer fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and passionate about online safety and content quality.
In this role you will join a diverse fast-paced team in Dublin and play a key part in ensuring online content is safe accurate and compliant with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Review online content and identify inappropriate or harmful material
-Verify ID authenticity and manage access and verification flows
-Handle escalations and ensure quality standards are consistently met
-Apply cultural and contextual knowledge to make fair and accurate decisions
-Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous process improvement
Requirements
-Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written)
B2 level English or higher
-Minimum 6 months of experience in content moderation or similar roles
-Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
-Excellent communication skills emotional intelligence and teamwork abilities
-Ability to work with sensitive or potentially disturbing content
-Valid Irish residence permit or EU ID
