Job Summary

Reporting to the Chapter lead the Senior Data Engineer oversees the full lifecycle of delivering business information solutions using Azure Synapsefrom gathering and clarifying requirements to designing and implementing data solutions both onpremises and in the cloud.
The role involves designing data analytics roadmaps and building data architectures that support business goals with strong expertise in data integration modelling ETL processes and data warehousing across onpremises and opensource environments.
This is a 1 year FTC role.

What youll do
Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse.
Develop and enhance dimensional and analytical data models for enterprise reporting.
Translate business requirements into efficient Synapse transformations and data solutions.
Implement data quality checks and governance controls to ensure trusted data delivery.
Provide technical mentorship lead knowledgesharing and design reviews promote datadriven practices and help build a collaborative highquality engineering culture.

Advanced technical expertise across multiple development languages and Azure Synapse.
Strong data engineering modelling and analytics capabilities.
Proven software engineering experience with Agile and DevOps delivery practices.
Excellent analytical problemsolving communication and documentation skills.
