Job Summary
2nd Shift Production Helper
Position: Production Helper
Job Location: West Bend WI
Starting Date: Immediate
Employment Term: Assignment to Hire
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift): MondayFriday 2:00 PM10:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18 per hour
Summary
This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the laser and denest areas of the shop floor. Seeking 2nd shift help.
Responsibilities
Remove parts from denest
Grind parts
Count and package parts
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds bend twist and transport product and materials short distances
Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions related to the job
Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
Ability to work safely with hand tools in an environment with metal and sharp objects
Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
Ability to work in an efficient and timely manner
Detail-oriented with strong self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task
