Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create clear accurate and user-friendly documentation for technical products systems and processes. This role works closely with engineers product managers and support teams to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical documentation including user guides SOPs API docs and knowledge base articles
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather and validate technical information
Edit proofread and standardize documentation for clarity accuracy and consistency
Update documentation to reflect product changes enhancements and releases
Ensure documentation meets quality accessibility and brand standards
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role
Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Excellent written communication and editing skills
Experience working with documentation tools (e.g. Confluence Markdown Google Docs)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Background in software IT or SaaS environments
Familiarity with Agile or DevOps workflows
Experience with API or developer documentation
