We are looking for our new Head of Global Branding and Digital Marketing to join the Global Marketing and branding team in Human Health.

Novonesis Human Health offers an extensive portfolio of biosolutions to dietary supplements and infant formula to support health at every stage of life. We hold a very strong position in the market and the ambition is to continue to expand the market presence. It is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting time and help shape the future brand and digital marketing team of Human Health.

Welcome to Global Marketing and Branding Human Health
The team is located in our offices in Hørsholm north of Copenhagen but we also have colleagues in other regions across the globe. We are a team of 15 people that are responsible for all digital branding and marketing activities within Novonesis Human Health.

The digital and branding team consists of 5 team members specializing in defining and guiding our brand positioning and developing concepts and campaign playbooks for Novonesis Human Health globally across design UX and digital multichannel ecosystem. In this role youll make an impact by:

As Head of global branding and digital marketing you will be responsible for driving brand equity for Novonesis Human Health Biosolutions. You will be

leading the brand governance deploying a set of models processes tools and assets to ensure consistency and integrity across the business with consistent concept and design rollout world-class digital user experience and high performing paid earned and owned media channels. The approach will be rooted in a deep understanding of the customer needs combined with creative positioning and executional guidelines to enable success.

You will be leading a team of 5 team members each specializing in their field within branding and digital. The role includes setting the brand and digital strategy direction and annual plans of the team resource allocation alignment OKRs team development performance management recruitment of new team members etc.

In addition some of your key tasks will include:

  • Lead the development of Brand & Digital plans in collaboration with Regions and Global Marketing including strategy cross-functional projects budget & resource allocation to build & scale HHB awareness equity and preference. This includes :
  • Brand: Master Assets: Design concept and campaign assets
  • Digital: Ecosystem management & optimization (Websites SoMe)
  • Digital: SoMe Strategy Always ON & Campaign Oversight
  • Sets success metrics aligned to business outcomes and ensure transparency of learnings across teams and campaigns.
  • Lead the development of external communications & PR plans to grow brand awareness credibility and equity.
  • Develop a global network of inspired and empowered brand enthusiasts (Internal & External) with established ways of working to scale in an efficient and consistent manner.
  • Overall budget management including annual planning and vendor contract negotiations.

You will work closely with a diverse range of internal stakeholders across Human Health Biosolutions including innovation strategy commercial and scientific teams. You will also collaborate with external stakeholders including agency partners and providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality timely campaigns and plans that drive business impact.

To succeed you must hold:

  • A Masters (or equivalent) degree in business or marketing
  • Experience in brand management and digital marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in leading teams with proven results.
  • A commercial mindset and an ability to understand the technical background
  • Preferably experience from the health and nutrition industry
  • Experience from working closely with commercial sales and strategy
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical minds and high attention to details
  • Flexibility and ability to cope with changes

Additionally we expect you to demonstrate strong inter-personal skills being an empathic leader team player and role model both within own team but also across the broader team and organization. You should possess a curious and open-minded approach eager to explore new ideas and integrate multiple viewpoints into the team.

Furthermore you will need to be collaborative and influential confident in facilitating discussions and presenting new ideas and initiatives to audiences across functions with stakeholders from various backgrounds.
