Position: Full-Time Parts Counter Person
Department: Parts Department
Harbor Chevrolet a wellestablished and reputable dealership in Long Beach is looking for a selfmotivated driven individual with a strong work ethic to join our Parts Department as a Parts Counter Person. Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians retail customers and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and orders
- Accurately look up pull and distribute parts using dealership systems
- Maintain wellorganized parts stock and inventory levels
- Process invoices returns and special orders
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff and customers
- Support daily department operations and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with DealerTackor similar DMS is helpful
- Assist with Multi-point inspection tools
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
