Job Summary



Wellbeing Team Manager - Safe Haven

Hours: 35 hours per week

    Salary: 33050 unsocial pay

    Contract: Permanent

    Base: Oxford and Banbury

    • Knowledge and understanding of mental health issues and the needs of people living with mental health problems
    • Knowledge and application of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
    • Experience of providing leadership and/or management
    • Experience of external networking and internal collaboration with colleagues for the benefit of service provision.
    • Experience of managing risk
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong professional relationships
    • Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others
    • Able to work well as part of a team and on an individual basis
    • Effective organisational planning administrative and IT skills
    • Knowledge/Understanding of our values
