Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and research system account loan and General Ledger discrepancies; identify root causes and resolve issues in alignment with established procedures and compliance requirements.
- Interpret regulatory procedural and system requirements to ensure accurate system behavior and operational adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding IT Accounting Operations and Product areasto resolve system or process-related issues.
- Participate in task groups and workstreams focused on new product development system enhancements and workflow automation.
- Develop execute and document user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system changes process updates and new functionality.
- Support the implementation of system upgrades patches or configuration changes ensuring smooth transition and minimal operational impact.
- Conduct ongoing research data validation and issue tracking to maintain accuracy and prevent recurring problems.
- Recommend operational and system improvements to enhance efficiency reduce errors and strengthen compliance.
- Assist business units with troubleshooting system or equipment issues escalating to technical teams as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation reports and process evaluations to support business operations.
- Perform additional duties special projects or analyses as assigned to ensure accurate compliant and efficient business processes.
