A Spa Supervisor serving at the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. As a Spa Supervisor you will:
Work with Spa Managers and Staff in a professional manner; to supervise and coach concierge and host positions; to serve as the primary trainer.
Provides courteous and efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out. Books changes cancels appointments.
Sell retail offerings available in the Spa.
Training/coaching-Train and maintain established standards for all hosts and concierge;including orientation and training of new hires creating training opportunities for therapists on staff (product knowledge Forbes SALT Brand Standards CPR Blood Borne Pathogens HWU etc).Assists with delivering annual with interviewing and hiring and coaching and counseling.
Scheduling-Weekly scheduling of concierge and host staff according to WAPC policy in relation to hotel occupancy and spa needs. Including communicating special needs to concierge/host and management concerning work schedules. Must be done a minimum of ten days in advance.
Supplies/Inventory-oversees the maintenance of all host and concierge supplies and the placement of orders according to supply and demand.
