Job Summary:

Geisinger is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Breast Imaging Radiologist to join a well-established collaborative breast imaging program in Pennsylvania. Job Duties:

Practice Overview

Opportunity to practice 100% breast imaging with flexibility for hybrid options based on interest
Fourday workweek with no nights weekends holidays or call
Hybrid onsite/remote model for diagnostic work
Supportive team environment within a large physicianled health system

Clinical Environment

Balanced mix of diagnostic interpretation and procedural breast imaging
Exposure to a full range of breast imaging procedures across modalities
Workflows structured to allow appropriate time per case supporting accuracy quality and patientcentered care
Diagnostic workloads designed to be manageable and sustainable helping reduce burnout while maintaining high clinical standards

Physician Experience

Productivity expectations are transparent and attainable aligned with a fourday schedule
Emphasis on quality over volume and consistency over rapid throughput
