Virtual Education and Professional Relations Manager (Nashville TN)
This role is fundamental in driving the long term strategy of increasing Sonicare recommendation and usage among future Dental Professionals through best in class education programs ultimately improving the health of our patients and consumers.
Your role:
- Develop and execute virtual education strategy and content for students in Dental and Hygiene schools.
- Support management of Key Opinion Leader roster and relationships for North America.
- Collaborate with relevant functions to develop digital tools and platforms to support education in the DP environment.
- Effectively and efficiently collaborate with sales marketing and professional relations to optimize results from professional education activities.
- Support relationships with professional associations academic bodies while driving new relationships with dental and dental hygiene schools in the US and Canada to capture professional opportunities for new value spaces.
Youre the right fit if:
- Youve acquired 2 years of experience in Dental Education and/or Dental Hygiene
- Your skills include: Presentation Skills for large and small audiences Microsoft applications including Powerpoint and Excel Business Acumen Stakeholder management Data Analytics and Interpretation Relationship Management Negotiation skills Feedback management.
- You have an Associate Bachelors or Masters Degree in Dental Hygiene
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position:
Able to provide multiple live virtual presentations per day.
Able to travel domestically on a semi regular basis ( upto 1 -2 times per month).
Multi-task across various workstreams within the role
Operate in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
Proactive in drive optimization and change management.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
(This is an office role.)

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Nashville TN) is $94000 to $169000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
