About the Role:

With the introduction of Omni as Omnicoms marketing insights and data platform the holding company is centralizing its capabilities around provisioning data to the organization to make better faster and smarter decisions about their clients campaigns.

The Marketing Intelligence function has been created to lead the charge in this regard including development of new campaign reporting solutions and leading the migration of campaign reporting to be delivered through Omni. Our team is charged with evolving Omnicoms campaign reporting capability and leading the transition of delivering campaign

reporting through Omni. We work in tandem and in support of the agency leads to ensure success but allow for agency customizations and ownership as needed.

The Marketing Intelligence function is part of the Marketing Operations business unit within Annalect. Marketing Operations operates with one common theme that is consistent with Annalects overall strategy which is to enable agencies to be able to deliver upon data-driven outcomes by providing best-in-class solutions. Unified under one organization this function contributes towards driving growth and resource and process optimization across our agency partners which are core parts of Annalects strategic priorities.

About Annalect EMEA:

Omnicom Media Group Europe (OMG EMEA) is the media division of Omnicom Group Inc. headquartered in London with offices in Manchester and Newcastle.

The Annalect EMEA team at OMG EMEA is the data technology and analytics division. We help CMOs and their teams harness data technology and advanced analytics to grow their brands.

We have built a variety of innovative product and specialist service solutions for clients and agency partners.

We build and maintain the Omni platform which gives agency and client teams access to these capabilities as well as the ability to integrate and combine their own data and technology with Omni. Omni has over 30000 active users and is recognized in the industry as a leading marketing platform. We continuously innovate the platform to ensure our clients stay ahead of their competitors in data driven marketing.

Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe supported by global and regional team hubs in NY London Singapore Gurgaon Bangalore and Hyderabad.

The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional client relationships led from London as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.

The role:

Problem Solving:
- Demonstrate a commitment to new ways of working to improve efficiency.
- Make recommendation on process improvement.
Client communications:
- Always professional with clear concise and timely communications delivered through effective and reasonable channels.
Client management:
- Confidently and professionally work with client partners building a rapport with those you work with in your day to day.
Network collaboration:
- Actively engage within MI&R lead communities through knowledge sharing hosting office hours or delivering ad-hoc training on key tools
Capability development:
- Explore opportunities to improve workstream process and look for more efficient and effective ways to deliver on current work through tools of process.
Team support:
- Create and assist with documentation including Case Studies and training documentation.
- Support and train new Employees.
- Supervises junior members of the team.
- Works closely with our offshore teams in India on various projects
Knowledge focus
- Enhanced/Advanced knowledge in one of the following BI tools as an area of specialism: MCI Power BI Alteryx Tableau OR PlanIt
- Have developed solid knowledge of taxonomy and media investment compliance practices processes and can troubleshoot to support markets where they are in error.
- Attend trainings they are put forward for and proactively search for other trainings to undertake.
Skills focus:
Deliver on campaign and Marketing Intelligence reporting deliverables while acting as a champion of data quality including:
- Generating reports and manipulating reporting data as needed
- Quality Assurance of data and reports
- Support the Campaign Reporting Capability Development process including owning or assisting with governance of taxonomy and tracking guidelines.
- Support/build and maintain data automation systems for example Datorama Alteryx Power BI and/or Tableau OR alternatively PlanIt
- Support the organization in Marketing Intelligence capabilities including data visualization; campaign dashboarding reporting and data services
- Work independently on hitting deliverables and meeting deadlines

Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
