We are seeking a Talent sourcer to join our recruitment team managing the talent engagement stages of our hiring process for niche priority roles.

Our deadline for applications is Thursday 12th February 2026 we recommend that you apply as soon as possible as this vacancy may close sooner depending on application numbers. This is a 12-month fixed term contract and requires a hybrid working model i.e. requirement to work from office 3 days a week.

Your Role

This role involves close collaboration with our talent research team recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage candidates with specialised skills. Key responsibilities include reaching out to passive candidates providing detailed information about opportunities encouraging and supporting candidates through the application interview and offer process. If you have strong networking skills understand sourcing principles using social media and enjoy learning about diverse roles wed love to hear from you.

  • Engage with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of AtkinsRéalis business areas including project activity internal operations and culture to ensure candidates gain a clear understanding of our organization.
  • Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to provide updates on engagement activities including leading or supporting briefing calls assisting with interview scheduling and provide guidance in structuring a compelling offer of employment.
  • Respond to candidate enquiries throughout the application interview and offer stages ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Track and report on talent engagement activities in alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Share insights on industry trends competitor activity and market intelligence with hiring managers.
  • Support virtual career fairs and follow-up activities related to candidate engagement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects as required.

About you

  • Proven relevant experience in direct talent sourcing and talent engagement ideally within recruitment agency or in-house recruitment teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with best practices to support successful offer acceptance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of talent attraction and engagement strategies including creative sourcing candidate development and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with offshore teams is a plus.
  • Ability to attract and engage top talent with a collaborative approach to offer negotiations.
  • Solid understanding of relevant markets trends and best practices.
  • Ability to effectively represent the company and open roles to prospective candidates.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on candidate and client experience.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to integrity and confidentiality.

Security clearance

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary it will be discussed with you at interview.
