Synergie Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative for atrusted client located in Tullamarine.
The important parts:
- Pay:$35 per hour Super
- Hours: MondayFriday 8:00am4:00pm (onsite)
- Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment with potential to convert to permanent.
What you will be required to do:
Youll support a specialised manufacturing site managing customer quotes orders and enquiries. This role requires accuracy strong communication and teamwork across Customer Service Production Logistics and Sales.
- Process and follow up customer quotes
- Create and manage sales orders with accuracy
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Provide updates on product availability and dispatch
- Review purchase orders and raise CAIRS when required
To be successful in the role you will:
- Previous customer service experience (manufacturing/industrial preferred)
- Strong computer skills across multiple systems (QAD advantageous)
- High attention to detail with product numbers and specifications
- Confident communication skills and a positive cando attitude
- Ability to multitask retain information and follow procedures
- Strong organisation skills and a flexible team approach
