As an Incoming Quality Assurance Specialist at Hitachi Crystal Springs you will help ensure that every material and component entering our facility meets the high standards our customers rely on.
In this dynamic and hands-on role youll use inspection tools measurement techniques and standardized processes to verify product quality and maintain full traceability. Youll partner closely with peers across Quality Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve issues support supplier evaluations and contribute valuable insights that drive operational excellence.

How Youll Make an Impact
Conduct inspections of incoming materials using defined tools and methods.
Record inspection results measurements and observations with accuracy.
Identify deviations and support non-conformance investigations.
Maintain organized inspection records and documentation.
Assist with First Article Inspections and PPAP-related activities.
Participate in supplier assessments and provide quality performance input.
Operate and maintain calibrated inspection equipment safely and effectively.
Contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen continuous improvement efforts.
Your Background
Experience in quality control inspection or a related technical field.
Knowledge of inspection tools measurement methods and QMS principles.
Ability to interpret specifications and follow standardized procedures.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
