In this influential role you will have strategic oversight of asset management capital investment building safety compliance energy efficiency and newbuild multidisciplinary teams across assets developmentcomplianceand design ensuring our homes are safesustainableand fit for the future while driving innovation value for money andlongterminvestment.

Werelooking for someone who:

Has extensive senior leadership experience across housing assets maintenancecomplianceor residential development.

Brings strong strategiccommercialand financial acumen with a proventrack recordof delivering complex programmes.

Has deep knowledge of building safety regulatorycomplianceand property standards with the credibility to lead in a highly regulated environment.

Is an engaging and collaborative leader who inspires high performance and builds strong partnerships.

Communicates with confidenceintegrityand a clearvaluesdrivenapproach.
