Were looking for a technical recruiter who is excited to level up how we hire software talent at Loft. Youll own the full-cycle recruiting process - from sourcing to offer - for roles within our Cockpit software and adjacent teams. Youll work closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies drive alignment and deliver an exceptional candidate experience all while helping us raise the bar across process quality and speed.
Must Haves:
- 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated strength in sourcing including use of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Proven success hiring mid-to-senior level software engineers and technical candidates.
- Prior experience hiring across a range of software engineering rolesincluding backend frontend full stack embedded software and flight software engineersas well as other specialties such as infrastructure DevOps and data engineering.
- Strong understanding of software engineering roles stacks and terminology.
- Experience recruiting globally with a strong understanding of both the US and European software/tech ecosystemsincluding major players emerging startups and talent hubsto inform and continuously refine sourcing strategies.
- Ability to pitch Lofts mission and culture to high-caliber passive candidates.
- Skilled at building long-term relationships with candidates even those not immediately ready to move.
- Experience conducting interviews and managing candidate communication through the full lifecycle.
- Proficiency with ATS tools (Lever preferred) including maintaining accurate and up-to-date pipelines.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to align closely with both hiring managers and the internal recruiting team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Haves:
- Background in agency recruiting or experience working across multiple clients/teams.
- Experience sourcing or closing technical candidates in both the US and EU markets.
- Familiarity with the European startup ecosystem and an interest in deep/hardware tech trends.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with distributed teams.
- Interest in or enthusiasm for the aerospace/space industry.
- Experience using social platforms like LinkedIn to support employer branding and drive candidate engagement.
- Ability to report on recruiting pipeline metrics and use data to inform prioritization and strategy.
