Ourteamdrives day by day maintenance activitiescarried-outby Contractors related to the equipment of the testing detail weare responsible foranalyzing andmaintainingthe testing center machinery and equipment at Massa andAvenzatest center making critical decisionsin a timely mannerand meet safety and quality jobs for the major asset as:

- Lube oil console

- Gearboxes

- Heat exchangers

- Pumps group

- Water system

- Valves (every type)

- Vacuum pump

- Industrial mechanical equipment

TheManufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance manages work orders with computer maintenance management system software and findings reports throughout the process of root analysis and troubleshooting process.

You will follow up preventive/predictivemaintenancesand troubleshooting onvarious typesof machinery and equipment that require technical knowledge.

Work closely with the Manager in assignedarea providing him with weekly metrics on performance schedules on critical repairs as well as daily updates on critical equipment.

Without forgetting the Predictive maintenance with remote acquisition and management of signals from the field both to extend the life of the equipment and to beimmediatelywarned in case of Failures concerning HSE.

AsManufacturing Specialist - Equipment Maintenance you willbe responsible for:

Performing asreferencepoint of contact with Equipment OEM and parts vendors.

Supervising repairassemblingand installation of components for electricalsystem.

Coordinating inspections onindustrial mechanicalequipmentvalves. gearbox heat exchanger.

Participating in safety initiatives.

Working closely with Testing Engineers in the review of machines preparing maintenance schedules anddeterminethe necessary spare parts levels.

Working with drawings schematics datasheet P&I.

Liaising with OEM external vendor on equipment repair.

Analyzing and diagnosingcauseof malfunctions failures and repetitive problems andrecommendandimplementproper corrective actions.

Implement predictive maintenance systems.

Preferably basic knowledge of Maximo software.

Knowledge and application of the FMEA or FMECAmethodology.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Degree ina technicalfield from an accredited University

Professionalproficiencyin Italianand English
Experience with reading equipment manuals P&I diagrams Mechanical drawings and other specifications to identify repair methos
