HR Manager (Bilingual Spanish Required)

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to oversee full-cycle human resources operations at our Henderson manufacturing facility. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring compliance maintaining workplace safety standards and fostering a positive and productive employee environment. Occasional travel to company locations in Nevada and California is required.
Lead recruitment onboarding employee relations and performance management processes
Ensure compliance with federal Nevada and California labor laws
Manage OSHA compliance workplace safety programs injury reporting and workers compensation
Oversee prevailing wage compliance (Davis-Bacon CA DIR NV Labor Commission)
Partner with payroll to ensure HRIS accuracy payroll processing and certified payroll compliance
Support employee engagement training and retention initiatives
5 years of progressive HR experience (management experience preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong knowledge of HR compliance labor laws and workplace safety regulations
Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
