Tool & Die Maker (Progressive Stamping)
Were hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker to build repair and maintain progressive stamping dies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on die troubleshooting precision machining and supporting production to keep tooling running at peak performance.

What Youll Do:
Build repair and maintain progressive stamping dies
Troubleshoot die issues and improve tool performance
Perform die spotting tryouts and press-side support
Machine components using mills lathes and grinders
Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances

What Were Looking For:
3 years Tool & Die or progressive stamping experience
Strong machining and die troubleshooting skills
Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Self-starter with a hands-on problem-solving mindset
