Job Summary

Qualifications:

Hold a NJ Instructional and/or a second language certificate in accordance with the state requirements preferred
Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative
Have an excellent experience in teaching and working with at risk youth and young adults
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing using proper grammar and vocabulary
Work one-on-one and in a small group setting with students to help them gain the GED skills necessary to pass the language arts math science and social studies to gain their alternative high school diploma
Work with students to gain the necessary job readiness skills to enter the world of work
To teach and assist with workplace readiness skills college and career development
