Job Summary:

Prepares reviews edits and finalizes a variety of technical documents reports presentations and other written clarity accuracy and adherence to style guides and programmatic requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare review edit and finalize technical documents and reports
• Ensure clarity accuracy and consistency in all written materials
• Adhere to style guides and programmatic requirements
• Develop presentations and other written materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand technical content
• Maintain document version control and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in English Communications Technical Writing or a related field 3 years relevant experience
• Equivalency: Associates Degree 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience
• Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language
• Experience with style guides (e.g. GPO Chicago Manual of Style)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and desktop publishing software
