Position Summary:

The Material Handler role will be supporting the Warehouse Fulfillment team and acting as a backup for other Facilities teams as needed. This job requires a majority of time on feet fulfilling orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize Oracle ERP to identify correct parts and lot to fulfill orders in the warehouse
• Must be able to maintain proper storage conditions while delivering material to customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ideal candidate will be a reliable detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and efficiently.
• Experience with shipping/receiving cycle counts inventory use of forklift are nice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma OR 10 years of relevant experience
• California Drivers License as Required
• Previous work experience in a lab preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Efficient in written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible with tasks and schedules
• Ability to work independently in a team environment

Additional information:

For positions based in Redwood City CA the hourly range for this full-time position is $21.11 to $29.01. The range does not include benefits and if applicable overtime bonus commission or equity.

Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. If you are selected to move forward the recruiting team will provide details specific to the factors above.

Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however there may be exposure to high noise levels fumes and biohazard material in the laboratory environment. Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
