Job Overview
The Evening Maintenance Technician I will perform basic maintenance tasks to support production operations. This position assists with troubleshooting equipment and making necessary repairs under direct supervision. The role requires foundational technical knowledge and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
- 3:30pm - 1:30am
Highlights of your role
- Work efficiently with the work order system (EAM) to document repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the plant.
- Perform regular inspections andassistwith repairs on equipment in the facility.
- Assistin thesetupof new equipment; troubleshoot equipment using basic tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Apply knowledge of pneumatics hydraulics electronics and controls.
- Demonstrate understanding of manufacturing processes mechanical machines and mathematical concepts.
- Safelyoperatepower tools and computer equipment.
- Utilize quick and decisive problem-solving techniques under supervision.
- Promote a culture of safety and integrity by consistently following all safety protocols reporting hazards and engaging in training and initiatives.
Youre a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months of related maintenance experience and/or technical training preferred.
- Must be able to obtain forklift and aerial lift platform licenses
- Basic understanding of pneumatics hydraulics electronics and controls.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
- To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software andthe MicrosoftSoftware Suite (Excel Word Outlook etc.)
