Job Summary

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this highly successful accountancy practice on the outskirts of Newcastle to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager. Your duties will be as follows:

Playing a key role in delivering deals and advisory projects
Managing a variety of corporate finance projects business sales acquisitions valuations fundraising
Preparing business plans financial models and information memoranda
Supporting clients through due diligence and negotiations
Building strong relationships with clients funders lawyers and intermediaries
Contributing to the growth of the team and helping to win new business

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified and be commercially minded. You will be confident in preparing reports models and client presentations. A great communicator you will enjoy working with clients and solving problems.
