As a Senior Marketing Associate on Strykers Sports Medicine team you will help shape marketing strategy and execution for our fast-growing business taking on increased ownership to support innovative surgical solutions. Youll partner closely with Product Marketing Sales Demand Planning Supply Planning Manufacturing and Field Operations to support product launches develop high-impact sales and marketing tools support the businesss sales professionals and engage directly with healthcare professionals. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide advanced sales and customer support for assigned products serving as a trusted resource for product clinical operations and marketing-related questions
- Lead the development and execution of marketing support materials including product brochures digital assets surgical technique resources and training tools
- Support and execute key product launches medical education programs trade shows and cadaver labs often owning specific workstreams end to end
- Develop a strong clinical and anatomical understanding of sports medicine procedures and technologies
- Create and execute strategies to communicate product updates enhancements and positioning to the sales organization
- Develop and deliver sales education and training materials partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact
- Support product evaluations trials presentations and customer engagements as directed by Marketing leadership
- Analyze sales performance market trends and customer feedback to inform recommendations and continuous improvement
WHAT YOU NEED
Required
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years of relevant experience in marketing sales or a related commercial role
- Experience in the orthopedic or sports medicine medical device industry
$60100- $121600 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
