What will you enjoy most about being on the Liven team
Since 2023 weve been scaling non-stop. Were expanding the product the team behind it and our global reach. Liven has grown a lot since it was just a team of four. But our priority remains the same: building a vibrant culture where we share ideas speedrun through challenges and shape the business together.

The Role Youll Own Senior/Lead Backend Engineer

• Owning backend development within the product domain and actively shaping technical decisions

• Working closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical well-designed solutions

• Setting a high bar for code quality and encouraging best engineering practices in everyday work

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system integration and make processes smoother

• Continuously evolving the codebase architecture services and development practices

• Leading mentoring and coordinating the backend development team

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years of hands-on backend development experience ( or Python)

• Experience in people management with a genuine interest in growing and supporting a team (will be a plus)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work within a dynamic environment
