ACCOUNT MANAGER POSM GERMANY
WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW
- Fluent in German and English
- Remote role with Client Visit weekly
ROLE DETAILS
- Client Relationship Management: You will work closely with the FMCG client in France alongside the Senior AM.
- Your role involves nurturing and expanding this client relationship. You will be responsible for understanding the clients needs ensuring client satisfaction and exploring opportunities for growth.
- POS: Technical knowledge of POSM especially Metal / Wood / Vinly and Textiles
- Supplier Negotiations: You will work with a wide range of suppliers to fulfill the clients needs. This includes negotiating costs and timelines for each project and selecting the most appropriate suppliers based on various factors such as quality cost and capacity.
- Teamwork: You will be part of a broader team and collaboration with your colleagues is essential. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels is a collective effort.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a client facing role is essential
- Must be Fluent in German and English
- FMCG / Drinks experience
- Perm POS / POSM essential
- Promotional items / merchandise knowledge
- Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on Perm POS
- Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
- Previous experience working in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement essential
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly power point and excel
