Warehouse Associate

Ecolab the global leader of premium cleaning sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality institutional and industrial markets is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Beloit WI. As a Warehouse Associate youll help deliver the products that support clean water safe food and healthy environments around the world. Youll play a key role in supporting shipping receiving inventory and warehouse operations. Youll ensure customer orders are picked packed and shipped accurately and on time. Position Details:

• Plant Location: Beloit WI
• Work Week & Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am 3:00pm & overtime including Weekends as necessary
• Compensation Package Offered: $17.50 / hour

What You Will Do:

• Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Read orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts; wrap and label shipments; deliver to assembly line packing or shipping areas.
• Material Handling: Receive count process store and distribute materials tools equipment and products within the facility; load/unload items from parts or shelves pallets racks shelves and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensure safe transit using appropriate equipment.
• Inventory & Recordkeeping: Notify coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.
• General Operations: Open containers maintain a clean and safe workspace may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

Physical Demands:

• This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous plant or warehouse experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience working independently and as part of a team
