- Enhance leadership and business management abilities through hands-on assignments job rotations instructor-led courses and distance learning
- Collaborate with peers through team projects and build a network with leaders across the organization
- Gain valuable experience in diverse healthcare settings with varying sizes complexities and service lines including rotations at our Support Center
- Take on a leadership role within the hospital managing a group of departments
The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will play an integral role in the hospitals decision-making processes ensuring alignment with the hospitals mission while staying informed on clinical healthcare changes that may impact its success
Minimum Qualifications
- Five years in a clinical department as director/manager role with direct reports.
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current licensure
- Masters degree in business nursing or related field.
