Job Summary
Location:
Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior LivingJoin our team as a Reoccupancy this role you will be responsible for the refurbishment of previously occupied residential units to prepare for resale as well as the maintenance of public areas throughout the community.
Compensation: Starting at $67000.00 annually commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

How you will make an impact
- Perform preoccupancy inspection of vacated units to determine the extent of necessary renovations
- Manage the efforts of painting and carpet contractors housekeeping and necessary maintenance staff to ensure properly refurbished units prior to scheduled move in dates
- Inspect/approve completed units
- Arrange regular maintenance of residents apartments including carpet repairs and replacement painting etc.
- Coordinate with department managers and coordinators to upkeep public areas
What you will need
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Facility Coordinator (FC) or similar role managing trades and general contractors
- Construction background with general knowledge of local building codes and knowledge of all trades preferred
- Ability to work effectively with residents and staff
- Prior experience with supervision/management of staff
- Valid drivers license is required if operating Community vehicles
