Compensation

$500000 - $800000 Total Compensation depending on level of experience.

Whats the Job

You will be working to support Quantitative Researchers and Quantitative Traders and providing engineering trade support to help them develop execute and hone their strategies.

There are multiple teams across asset classes and trading strategies that you could be supporting. The interview process will allow you the opportunity to learn more about their different needs and be placed with the one that is the best fit.

You will be working in small teams (3-5 people) and be embedded with researchers where you will build tools help to productionize research and then monitoring the models for success.

Given the above you should have great communication skills and the ability to think analytically and manage projects.

Qualifications

You must have an Undergraduate and/or Masters/PhD degree from a top university in a STEM field.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience.

You do not have to come from a financial background but you should show interest in working in this domain.

You do not need to know a specific programming language as long as you are a fundamentally excellent engineer. You will likely know Python Java C KDB etc

Location

This role is on site in New York City five days a week.
