The Systems Architect Human Factors supports the strategic vision of Corewell Health by designing and co-executing innovative and transformative approaches to the complex problems that challenge the organization. Focus will be on identifying designing and co-driving the needed projects programs and assignments throughout the organization aimed at improving operational and clinical reliability and achieving measurable results. They will work closely with clinical and operational leadership and throughout the system to identify opportunities and develop the transformational portfolio of work in line with top strategic focus areas.
