Job Summary
A credit controller manages a companys credit accounts and cash flow. They assess credit risks set payment terms and ensure timely collection of debts. Their goal is to minimize financial losses while maintaining positive customer relationships. They play a crucial role in balancing sales growth with financial stability by implementing and enforcing credit policies.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Grade 12
Additional tertiary education will be an added advantage
At least 5 years experience in Credit Control
SAP knowledge advantageous
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook)
Must be emotionally intelligent
Excellent communication and people skills
Team player
Self-starter
Interpersonal skills
